How do I reserve my date?

Click the BOOK NOW above to easily reserve your booth online.

What areas do you currently serve?

We serve the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Reservations for events located 45 or more miles outside postal code 76018 will be charged an additional US $0.75 (75 cents) per mile.

Can I change my time after booking?

Yes, you have the option to upgrade and request extra hours. We will be there for as many hours as you like! You can also change your start time at a later point in the booking process.

Does the booth come with an attendant?

Yes, the booth comes with a professional attendant. The attendant will arrive 45 minutes prior to the start of your event and will assist guests during the event. If you would like us to arrive earlier, we can include an idle hour fee such that we can set up and put the booth on hold.

Do we need to pay for setup and breakdown?

No, Set up and Breakdown are included in every package.

Is there a down payment required to book our date?

Yes, PixUs Booth requires a non-refundable deposit of $100 due at checkout to secure your event date.  The remaining amount is due 14 days prior to your event. If a booking is made 14 days or fewer prior to your event, the full payment is due at checkout.

What kind of space is required?

A 8X8 ft square space is preferred. One standard 120-volt outlet within 25ft. of the photo space is required. The photo space must be covered – e.g., to protect from wind and rain.

How far in advance should I book my photo booth?

Reservations can be made up to 24 hours prior to your event, subject to availability. However, we recommend booking 2 months in advance for best choice of availability. Please view our BOOK NOW page to view availability for your date and time.

How many photos can we take?

There are no limits to the number of photos guest can take. A personal link to your event gallery is available during and after the event.

Do you price match?

Yes, we do! Send us a quote from another company and we will do our best to beat their price.

Does the booth provide props?

Yes, we can provide a selection of high-quality fun props for quests to enjoys.

Does the booth work for children?

Yes, the booth is adjustable for children.
